As a freelance personal trainer I can train you at a location of your choice, either your home, your gym or perhaps in one of London's central open spaces such as  Hyde, Holland or Regents park, provided the weather is good!

No matter what you desire, whether it is weight loss and body tone, increase in size, general toning up or sport specific I will design a program which is perfect for you. As a qualified personal trainer I am passionate about transforming my client’s bodies and changing their lives for the better. I have many clients who come to me looking to lose weight. Whilst designing your weight loss program I will incorporate a mixture of weights and cardio. Many people believe to loose weight all they need to do is cardiovascular training, this is not the case. Resistance training is a proven tool in achieving weight loss. Resistance training will boost your metabolism and maximize your calorie expenditure. Cardio and resistance training combined will put you on the right track to lose weight.
